Navarre

About

This beautiful beach town on the Emerald Coast is located roughly halfway between Destin and Pensacola. Its proximity to Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, and Naval Air Station Pensacola makes it known as a military bedroom community. Home to 12 miles of pristine beaches, this quiet town is seemingly off the tourism radar and enjoys a much slower pace than its neighbors on either side. Navarre is a barrier island and is bordered by the Gulf waters on one side and the Santa Rosa Sound on the other. Fishing, boating, and all manner of “salt-life” activities are a part of life in Navarre.

Neighbors

Most of Navarre’s residents are military families, retirees, and federal contractors. This is a quiet, family-friendly locale with a super laid-back vibe.

Neighborhood Feel

Homes in Navarre are mostly single family, ranch style homes with large, new construction available as well. The neighborhoods are quiet and communities are tight-knit.
